I may have made this amazing edamame hummus, but The Other Half plated it. Pretty damn talented food designer. He also demolished it with a pile of steaming hot whole wheat flat breads.
I had some cress seeds sitting in my cupboard and this retro glass cake stand. The cogs started turning. I thought, hmm, mini green house, maybe? And hey presto, it worked a treat. I made egg and cress sandwiches, on whole wheat bread with a little homemade light mayo. I am going to try sweet basil next.
