Roasted Bell Pepper Sauce Recipe:
3 large red bell peppers (roasted, peeled, stemmed, and seeded)
2 Tbsp roasted garlic paste (cut top of a bulb, add oil, season, wrap in foil and bake for 1 hour at 380)
3 cloves crushed garlic
3 Tbsp. vinegar
8 saltine crackers
half a lime
1Tbsp of mango habanero sauce
Pre heat oven to 380
Roast the bell peppers at 380 for 45mins, remove, cover and leave for 10 mins so the skins will come of easy
Put the roasted garlic, raw cloves in a stick blender cup, add the skinned peppers, mango sauce, lime and vinegar then blitz until smooth
Add the crackers 2 at a time and blend until you have a super smooth constancy.
No need to add salt as the crackers have enough.
