We had a carb' free night, opting instead for heaps of organic veggies. Much easier on the digestive system.
Chicken breast pieces cooked in a yellow bean, garlic & ginger base with bell peppers, eggplant & broccoli, finished off with a homemade chili sauce & topped of with a handful of roasted cashews.
