I learned something very profound from watching this video by Jacob Barnett, a 16 year old autistic prodigy. I have stopped learning and now just create.I wont write an indepth recipe, only what I put in, leaving plenty of room for heart in your art. Don't be afraid to change things up, leave things out, or cooking however the hell you like. There's no recipe to life, we have to wing it, making it up as we go along. This little kid has changed the way I think about everything.
Ingredients chicken legs (marinated in cumin, coriander seed, salt and pepper), slow cooked veggie stock, carrots, onions, celery, sweet corn, black beans, homemade corn tortilla, garlic, tomato paste, mini heirloom tomatoes, bell pepper, chipottes in adobo, seasoning, topped off with cilantro, green onion, calcique, sour cream and fresh lime.
