1/2 a cup of organic almonds
2 1/2 cups of filtered water
1 tbsp of honey (can use 2 dates)
Piece of cheesecloth
Wash then soak almonds in filtered water for at least 4 hours, preferably over night
Drain, rinse, then add 2 cups of filtered water, the honey or dates, and blitz with a stick blender
Pass through cheesecloth squeezing out all the milk
Place pulp back in bowl, add remaining 1/2 cup of water and re-blitz
Pass again though cheese cloth
